  Just thought I needed to say a huge thanks to Kool N Fit, I love the conditioning spray and took it with me on a 200 mile bike ride (16th May) 100 mile bike ride (23rd May) and LA Marathon (25th May) were I put in a personal best of 3 hours 39 mins and 9 seconds giving me an 8th place finish in the female 45-49 grouping and 75th woman overall! I Love Kool n Fit, February 10, 2009

Not only do I love Kool n Fit, I’m going to go spray some on as soon as I’m done here! It’s a great product for aches, pains, bruises and tired, overworked muscles. If you can’t have a massage, this is the next best thing! Use it even if you can have a massage. It is very economical, spray or splash all around the painful area, not just where it hurts. And don’t rub it in, let it air dry. Keep it away from broken skin and keep your undies on when applying. I believe it is the best analgesic there is: works great, easy to use, not greasy and smells good! Gotta go–it’s waiting for me.

Kool-n-Fit is a great product. I use it pre-race every race. I use it as part of my warm up routine because it promotes blood circulation. The non-aerosol spray doesn’t leave my skin greasy or tacky. It feels clean. I’ve recommended Kool-n-Fit to fellow athletes and clients. Even my mom uses it post gym workouts because it smells nice:)

I am an ultra distance triathlete, and use Kool n Fit in Triple iron distance races, double iron distance and Ultraman Hawaii, these races typically last from 29 hours to 50 hours, thank goodness for Kool n Fit which I use in my running shoes, on my cycling shorts and back of my neck.

I’m a martial artist, former cyclist, and triathlete and I use Kool ‘N Fit daily. The properties of the product are like nothing else I’ve ever tried and I’m at the point now, where I don’t leave home without it. I use it as a pre-workout “warm-up” solution to enhance circulation. I use it during long sessions to combat the effects of heat and fatigue, and I use it after every workout to revitalize my muscles to keep them supple and to enhance recovery. I’m a a serious time trialist and keep fit freak from the UK and ever since I was introduced to KOOL N FIT by Chris Morgan, the exclusive UK supplier of the product, I’ve been a huge fan. I NEVER work, train or race without applying KOOL N FIT. A real secret is to “layer.” All you do is apply one coat, let dry and then do it again. In this way the product gets really deep into your muscles and believe me your legs work like you’d never believe – man and machine become one and boy do you fly !
